Do you take insurance?
No, but we can provide an invoice for your HSA.
Where do you teach?
We offer our services at a host of venues including yoga studios, rehab centers, college campuses, community centers, and some online. We are based in New York, Vermont, and Florida; but we are open to other locations.
Do I need experience to take any of your classes?
Absolutely not….we make all of our offerings very user-friendly.
What is the age range for the services you offer?
Our offerings are geared toward young adults and older. However, Kim was an elementary school teacher for 34 years and did daily breath sessions with her students. She also provided district wide and school wide workshops for teachers to learn how to incorporate breath practices into the classroom as well as into their own lives.
